Lily Goldberg, M.S., CCC-SLP is a certified Speech-Language-Pathologist located in Long Beach, NY. Lily holds her certification of clinical competency (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Lily is specifically trained to work with individuals with Parkinson's Disease and is certified in the SPEAK OUT!® and LSVTLOUD® programs.
Lily has extensive experience with various speech and language disorders, including voice disorders, articulation, language, fluency, social skills and pragmatics, and early intervention. Lily has previously taught and supervised graduate students in their clinical work as a clinical supervisor at Hofstra University. She serves and supports the Long Island community in her private practice and as an adjunct professor at Hofstra University.
Lily specializes in early language delays and disorders as well as voice disorders. She has worked in early intervention as both a therapist and supervisor. Lily subscribes to a play-based therapy approach, and family and caregiver training. She focuses her voice therapy treatment on diaphragmatic breath work, semi occluded voice therapy, resonance voice therapy, and vocal function exercises.
Lily believes in creating individual goals and treatment plans that are functional, multi-faceted, and family integrated.
When Lily is not practicing Speech and Language Therapy, she likes going to the beach, playing guitar, reading and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Gabriella Gaitan, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLD holds a master's degree from Molloy College and is both a certified Speech Language Pathologist and certified as a Teacher of Children with Speech and Language Disabilities in New York State.
Gabby has worked with clients across the lifespan. When Gabby is not at Lilypad Speech & Language Therapy, she works at a special education preschool, merging play with speech and language goals. Gabby has extensive experience in AAC devices.
When she's not transforming lives through communication, catch her hanging out at the beach, shopping, or hitting up Pilates classes.
Preeti Singh, M.A., CCC-SLP, TSSLD holds a master’s degree from Hofstra University and is both a certified Speech-Language Pathologist and certified as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities in New York State.
Preeti has experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, with a special passion for early language development and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). She loves using AAC devices to support a range of language functions, always tailoring sessions to meet her clients’ unique communication needs.
When she’s not helping kids find their voices through play-based therapy, you can find her juggling (literally!), or traveling and exploring new places.
Jessica is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a master's degree from Brooklyn College and a New York State certification as a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities. During her time with the New York City Department of Education, she pioneered an animal-assisted intervention program at her school, integrating her golden retriever, Zuka, into therapy sessions. Through this innovative approach, she provided expert speech-language and feeding therapy, helping students achieve remarkable progress in social communication, literacy, and social-emotional learning.
Jessica specializes in Early Intervention services, early language delays, and sensory-motor feeding therapy, always prioritizing caregiver and family involvement in her treatment plans. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, taking walks with her dog, and making memories with her husband and two young daughters.
Nicole Wernert/Orsino, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLD is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals from birth through age 21. She specializes in AAC and play-based therapy, with a strong focus on working with nonverbal and limitedly verbal children to develop meaningful, functional communication.
Nicole is trained in the PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) technique and uses a creative, individualized approach to therapy. Whether she’s incorporating tactile cues or hands-on activities like science experiments, Nicole is passionate about helping children express themselves in ways that feel empowering and natural.
Outside the therapy room, Nicole is a proud mom to two boys, a passionate home baker (ask her about her sourdough), and an avid reader, finishing over 100 books a year! She’s also a former Division II swimmer and long-time swim coach.
